Everyone Counts, Everyone Needs to be Counted

That is the attitude of the Tulalip Tribes’ leadership when it comes to the 2010 Census. The population response rate was only 54% in the 2000 Census. Already the response rate is 93% to this year’s 2010 Census. Why? Because grants and other resources hinge on the population numbers. Read the Herald story here.
