New Green Business Sector Report

A new US EDA-funded report by the University of California Berkeley’s Center for Community Innovation, looks at green businesses in California, provides a glimpse into the growing green sector sprouting throughout the nation and explores opportunities for job creation and regional competitiveness. The research notes that businesses in renewable energy and alternative fuels, green building and energy efficiency technology, energy-efficient infrastructure and transportation, and recycling are growing faster than the rest of the economy.
