Macroeconomic factors, which will be compared to U.S. averages and the performance of peer cities, will include:

  • Total job creation
  • Employment and population growth
  • Job creation rate
  • Educational levels
  • New business starts
  • Household and per capital income
  • Start-up capital
  • Research activity
